"With his permission this recipe is a "take off" of Mikekey's #recipe11250. I have switched it to a Crock Pot and changed some ingredients. Thanks Mikekey for letting me do this. It is a very tasty stew. We really enjoyed it"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a heavy skillet, add oil.
Step 2
Dust the lamb with the flour.
Step 3
Brown in the skillet.
Step 4
Add all the ingredients to a medium sized crockpot placing the lamb in the center.
Step 5
Turn on to low.
Step 6
Turn the veggies over several times during the cooking.
Step 7
Cook 5-6 hours.
Step 8
Add the parsley 30 minutes before the end of cooking.
Step 9
