"I needed a lower sodium, more healthy version than the canned one. This is only too easy, tastes great. If you want soup, just add 1 cup milk or water to enjoy as a soup."

The hubby wanted my "Cheese Joes" for dinner...I always serve it with tomato soup...which I didn't have...I only had a 15oz can of tomato sauce...since I was downsizing to 2 servings on the cheese joes... I was going to have about 8 oz of tomato sauce leftover...I was lucky to locate this tasty tomato soup substitution...I made it with water...I'm not a tomato soup lover...but I was amazed at the flavor...I do think it's a tad bit on the sweet side...but the hubby thought it was perfect...made for "WOTM" tag game...

Tickled to find a lower sodium version of tomato soup. Tasted great and made for a delicious side to my BLT. I opted for adding milk. Creamy and delicious results!

This is a quick and easy sub for condensed tomato soup. I added Parmesan cheese and seasoned this with a bit of pepper, garlic and onion powder and served it with grilled cheese sandwiches, yum!

I used your recipe in my hamburger cabbage casserole tonight. Since I'm watching sodium also, I got rid of all my canned soups. It was very good. Thanks a lot.
