"Easy coleslaw with a hint of honey. Make the coleslaw the night before so the flavors have time to settle. I like to make the dressing up and keep it in the fridge. Dressing makes a nice green salad too, served with peanuts. I came up with this many years ago, before the internet even :)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chop vegetables and set aside.
Step 2
In bowl large enough to hold slaw, combine remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Add vegetables and mix well.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5
Keep extra dressing in a glass jar or bottle in the fridge. When you're ready to use it again, microwave it just long enough to thin the honey.
