  • 2 tablespoons sweet onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar (white)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Chop vegetables and set aside.

  • Step 2: In bowl large enough to hold slaw, combine remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.

  • Step 5: Keep extra dressing in a glass jar or bottle in the fridge. When you're ready to use it again, microwave it just long enough to thin the honey.
