"We love this rice . . . very addictive! Use coconut cream not coconut milk. Found the cream in the liquor section of my local supermarket. Original recipe from Epicurious however I've made few minor adjustment."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Rinse rice with cool water until water runs clear. Drain rice.
Step 2
Combine rice, coconut cream, sugar, salt, and water in a medium saucepan.
Step 3
Bring just to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar, then cover and reduce heat to low.
Step 4
Cook until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 25-30 minutes.
Step 5
Fluff rice with a fork; cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
