Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large picture place the mint leaves; crush with a wooden spoon.

Step 2

Add hot tea, coconut syrup and lemon juice. If desired add more coconut syrup and lemon juice. Cool completely.

Step 3

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour tea over the ice.
