"Very easy, tasty recipe. Do not leave the scallops in the marinade longer than 30 minutes as the lime juice will cook the scallops. Also be very careful not to overy cook scallops or the become tough - 2-3 minutes per side is just right for large Sea Scallops. This recipeis coutesy of Marcela Vallado0lid & the Food Network"
