" These balls are so quick and easy to make. They are a nice addition to your baked goodies to give away as gifts. Make these about a week before you want to serve them to allow them to mellow. Store in an air tight container - I keep mine in the freezer (if the last long enough) - they don't go hard and they are wonderful ice cold. If you prefer use chocolate wafers. The wafers I refer to are Christies thin thin wafers. You may use bourbon instead of the rum."

These are fabulous, quick and easy. Made with rum. Will post photo this weekend - I had to make a second batch because DH ate them all before I could take a photo of first batch!
