Step 1: Sift cocoa with 1 cup of the sugar
Step 2: Stir in the spiced rum
Step 3: Add crushed Vanilla wafers and nuts
Step 4: Mix thoroughly
Step 5: Shape mixture in walnut sized balls (two teaspoons work as does a melon baller)
Step 6: Dredge with remaining sugar or leave plain Store in air tight container
