"This is one of my High School recipes. They are just so fast to make up and they are so delicious. Amounts could vary depending on how big you make them. I am not a chocolate person but when I get a craving these fit the bill. Plus this is an easy recipe to do with kids. Enjoy!!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a saucepan mix butter or margarine, sugar, milk, cocoa and vanilla extract

Step 2

Boil for 30 seconds

Step 3

Take off the heat and mix in well the oats

Step 4

Drop in lumps using a tablespoon onto a cookie sheet and cool in the fridge.
