"This is much better than any canned, choose the amount of cocoa for a light, medium or dark chocolate flavor For extra fluffy frosting add in 1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip topping beating on low speed until combined. This frosting freezes very well so make up a double batch and freeze for the next time"

Many suggested doubling the recipe but I don't really think it's necessary for a sheet cake because it's very sweet. The recipe as written is just enough sweetness for most cakes - not sure I personally could handle double the frosting rush! I did double the recipe for a layer cake based on the reviews. Because I used a raspberry filling, I had 1/4-1/3 of the dbl batch left over. That was enough for a batch of cupcakes to take to work!

I used the frosting to frost some brownie cupcakes I made. It was delicious. I just used half the recipe and it was plenty. I will try this again soon and add in some peanut butter to frost a cake. Yum yum!

This only takes a few minutes to mix up and it is such a delicious, smooth, not too sweet and easy to spread frosting that I have fallen in love with. It really is the only way to go when you want buttercream frosting. It's top shelf!

This is the perfect frosting. We love it! Sweet, but not sicky sweet. I plan to keep this close at hand to use again real soon!
