"This is much better than any canned, choose the amount of cocoa for a light, medium or dark chocolate flavor For extra fluffy frosting add in 1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip topping beating on low speed until combined. This frosting freezes very well so make up a double batch and freeze for the next time"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream the butter in a medium bowl for for about 3 minutes.

Add in desired amount of sifted cocoa powder, cream, vanilla, salt and confectioners sugar; beat using an electric mixer until smooth (because of the different amounts of cocoa more cream or confectioners sugar may have to be added in order to achieve desired texture)
