Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Grease a 13x9 pan with cooking spray, if you like a thicker bar use a 11x7 pan.

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix together oats, sugar, flour, baking soda and butter with a mixer until crumbly. Remove and reserve 2 cups, then set aside.

Step 4

Pour remaining crumb mix into the greased pan and pat down evenly.

Step 5

In a smaller bowl mix sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter and vanilla.

Step 6

Pour on top of crumb mixture.

Step 7

Sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts.

Step 8

Sprinkle the reserved 2 cups crumb mixture over top and press down evenly.

Step 9

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown (The center will not be set).

Step 10

Cool then cut into bars.

Outrageously gooey goodness, I am jumping up and down with excitement, these are the best bars on earth and everyone who loves peanut butter and chocolate should try them! don't even bother trying to eat just one bar unless the bar is half the pan and forget about your diet, just start after these are all gone! Oh and be sure to have a tall cold glass of milk with these bars you will need it, thank you for your wonderful recipe
