Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Cream Crisco and brown sugar together.
Step 3
Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
Step 4
Add flour, xanthan gum, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Step 5
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Step 6
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Step 8
Remove cookies from cookie sheet onto a wire rack, or on paper towels to cool.
