Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 F
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Step 3
In the mixer bowl, cream the butter, sugars and honey. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla.
Step 4
Stir in the flour mixture and all of the chips. stir just until blended. Don't overmix.
Step 5
Drop by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
