  • 2 1/4 cups flour (cake flour)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened, 2 sticks)
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup)
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips (1 cup)
  • 6 ounces white chocolate chips (1 cup)
  • 3 ounces peanut butter chips (1/2 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 F

  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

  • Step 3: In the mixer bowl, cream the butter, sugars and honey. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla.

  • Step 4: Stir in the flour mixture and all of the chips. stir just until blended. Don't overmix.

  • Step 5: Drop by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
