" My original version of this recipe uses Mague's Chipotle de Huateca (Chipotle Chutney) but this is an easier version. Mague's chutney recipe will be posted here in Zazz under condiments. These Bruschetta's are very "HOT"!"

Step 1
Paint one side of each baguette slice with olive oil, place on a cookie sheet oiled side up, bake in 300f oven until lightly browned
Step 2
Flip the slices and continue baking for 3 minutes
Step 3
Evenly distribute the chopped tomatoes on the non oiled side of the baguette slices, top with 1 teaspoon chipotle and 1 teaspoon cheese
Step 4
Bake in 350f oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and they are nicely browned Serve warm
