Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut the pork into thin strips.

Step 2

Mix marinade ingredients and marinade pork for 20 minutes

Step 3

Mix cooking sauce ingredients

Step 4

Turn stove to high heat and add oil. When oil is hot add pork and stir fry til white.

Step 5

Add garlic and stirfry 30 seconds

Step 6

Add green peppers and stir fry all for 90 seconds

Very good dish which we enjoyed. I only used 2 peppers but otherwise made as directed. I wasn't sure when to add the cooking sauce so added it with the pork but was probably supposed to add it later on. Thanks for sharing!
