  • 200 grams pork loin
  • 3 green peppers
  • 4 cloves or garlic
  • Marinade
  • 2 teaspoons Chinese cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Cooking Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon Chinese cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet bean paste
  • 2 ounces water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the pork into thin strips.

  • Step 2: Mix marinade ingredients and marinade pork for 20 minutes

  • Step 3: Mix cooking sauce ingredients

  • Step 4: Turn stove to high heat and add oil. When oil is hot add pork and stir fry til white.

  • Step 5: Add garlic and stirfry 30 seconds

  • Step 6: Add green peppers and stir fry all for 90 seconds
