Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl combine the cooked pasta and sesame oil; toss well to combine.

Step 2

Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet or a wok over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add in ginger, garlic and dried chili flakes; saute for about 1 minute; add in the broccoli florets and onion slices; saute for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Add in steak slices; saute for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked.

Step 5

Add in the cooked pasta along with the soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce and chili paste; cook stirring for 1-2 minutes or until the lo mein is heated through.

Step 6

Garnish with chopped green onions.
