  • If possible, use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
  • Look for high-quality olive oil for the Rocket and Horseradish Pesto Dipping Sauce for the best flavor.

  • Substitute the red chillies for jalapenos in the Ginger Lime and Chilli Dipping Sauce. This substitution will give the sauce a milder heat, making it more accessible to a wider range of palates.
  • Substitute the mayonnaise in the Smoked Chilli Mayonnaise Dipping Sauce for Greek yogurt. This substitution will make the sauce lighter, providing a healthier alternative while still maintaining the smoky flavor.

Garlic & Parsley Dipping Sauce Combine 1 cup of mayonnaise with 2 cloves of garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley (chopped) and the juice of 1/2 lemon.

Garlic Roasted Potatoes: These oven-baked potatoes are roasted in garlic and herbs, making them the perfect accompaniment to the chilled prawns. The potatoes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, adding a nice contrast to the prawns. They also pair well with all three dipping sauces.

Grilled Asparagus: Grilled asparagus is a delicious and healthy side dish that pairs perfectly with the garlic roasted potatoes and chilled prawns. The smoky flavor of the asparagus complements the garlic and herbs in the potatoes, while the crunchy texture adds a nice contrast to the prawns. It also pairs well with all three dipping sauces.

Daily Inspiration

Made the smoke chili mayo dipping sauce to go with some oven-roasted shrimp today. We love the smoky taste of paprika and the subtle "kick" from the cayenne was a nice addition. It made a really nice dipping sauce for our shrimp.
