Step by Step Method
Step 1
Split potatoes in half.
Step 2
Top each with chili and one slice of cheese.
Step 3
Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 4
Top with a dollop of sour cream and green onion, if desired.
Step 5
Serve hot.
NOTE: I just usually split the baked potato open, use a fork to break it up a bit and then add the chili and toppings
