Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 (32 ounces) potatoes (baked and hot)
  • 15 ounces prepared chili
  • 4 slices (4 ounces) cheddar cheese (I use shredded Mexican blend cheese)
  • FOR GARNISH
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Green onions sliced
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Split potatoes in half.

  • Step 2: Top each with chili and one slice of cheese.

  • Step 3: Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Step 4: Top with a dollop of sour cream and green onion, if desired.

  • Step 5: Serve hot.

  • NOTE: I just usually split the baked potato open, use a fork to break it up a bit and then add the chili and toppings
