I was honestly surprised by how flavorful this is. I LOVED it. In fact, I made it for lunch and I'm making it again for dinner. It's that good. I made as directed except I used a prepared coleslaw mix (so I didn't have to chop the cabbage or grate the carrots) and I used white wine vinegar because my rice vinegar is hiding somewhere in my cupboard. Highly recommend this recipe. (For reference, I used bottled G Hughes Sugar Free Sweet Chili Sauce.)
