Step by Step Method
Step 1
In oil brown onion, chili, when almost done add garlic and ginger and garam masala. Remove then add rice and orzo, lightly brown.
Step 2
Add cumin, stock and chickpeas. Add onion mixture back. Add cilantro. Cover and simmer very low 20 minutes.
