This is delicious...I used green bell peppers because that's what I had on hand and I made it two ways...salad and sandwich form...we enjoyed the touch of paprika...although the hubby thought it was going to be tuna ...he's not a huge fan of chicken...but I am...it made the perfect amount for 2...made for "Billboard" tag game...thanks for sharing your recipe...

This is actually quite good and I'm glad it's a bit different from my own standard chicken salad. I like the crunch of the red pepper and celery with just a hint of onion. I took the photo in a dish so you could see it better, and besides, I have this on for tomorrow's lunch and my bread is still baking. Thanks for sharing- ~Sue
