Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, chicken, apple, celery and green onions. Add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Spread honey mustard over one side of each tortilla. Top with one lettuce leaf, then cheese slice, then last spread with chicken salad.
Step 3
Fold one end over about 1 inch to keep garnish and the filling in, and roll up tightly.
Step 4
Slice in half
