"This is a great way to get the picky eaters to eat broccoli, the cheesy taste will lure everyone in. I sometimes use bacon drippings instead of butter to change it up a bit. I use the Hoosier Hill Farm brand cheese powder for this."

Step 1
Break the broccoli into florets and place in a pot.
Step 2
Add about 1/2 an inch of water, cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat;simmer until it start to soften.
Step 3
Remove from heat and drain; set aside while keeping this covered.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and whisk in the sweet rice flour.
Step 5
Allow this mixture to bubble and foam for about a minute; stir in the milk a bit at a time and cook until thickened.
Step 6
Stir in the cheese powder, onion powder, garlic powder and ground pepper and then gently stir in the steamed broccoli making sure it is well coated.
