Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into florets, discarding the tough stems.
Step 2
Place the broccoli florets in the Instant Pot.
Step 3
Add water or vegetable broth to the Instant Pot.

Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to the sealing position.
Step 5
Select the "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" setting and set the cooking time to 1 minute on high pressure.

The Instant Pot will take a few minutes to come to pressure, and then the cooking time will start.

Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release by carefully turning the valve to the venting position to release the pressure.

Open the Instant Pot and drain any excess liquid from the broccoli.

Add the Cheez Whiz to the Instant Pot with the broccoli.

Sprinkle in the garlic powder and season with salt and pepper to taste.
