"This BBQ recipe is jammed packed full of flavors that bring all kinds of wonderful sensations for your taste buds. Ok, this description may sound over the top, but one mouthful and you will know this is an over the top kind of burger. The secret is in the bacon, spice, turkey or chicken stuffing, sauce and of course, the secret cheese compartment. Rather than slapping a slice of cheese over the burger, I actually pat down the cheese in the middle and layer more of the burger mix over the cheese, essentially having the cheese melt in the middle while trying to seap out but locking the flavor and juices inside. Yum!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put ground beef in bowl.
Step 2
Add one egg into the bowl. Add spices. Add stuffing (uncooked).
Step 3
Cut up the uncooked 2 strips of bacon into tiny pieces - the juice (fat) from the bacon gives a great flavor while burger and bacon are cooking.
Step 4
Add bacon pieces in the mixture.
Step 5
Knead all the ingredients to point it is combined well.
Step 6
Take a handful of the burger mixture and shape it into a round burger.
Step 7
Take one of the cheese squares and pat into the burger.
Step 8
Add more of the burger mixture to the exposed cheese, covering it well. Be sure that the cheese is well protected as you do not want the cheese melting and escaping the burger!
Step 9
Heat BBQ to around 350 degrees - nice and hot.
Step 10
Place the 4 burgers onto the grill - about 5 minutes per side.
Step 11
Flip buglers and coat with the sauce.
Step 12
Do same on other side.
Step 13
Garnish your burger with your favorite toppings.
