Step by Step Method

Step 1

In skillet melt butter and saute onion until translucent, set aside.

Step 2

In a bowl combine biscuit mix, parsley, basil, thyme and onion mixture. Sir in eggs and milk until just combined. Fold in zucchini, cheese and almonds.

Step 3

Transfer to a greased 9 inch round baking pan. Bake 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a tootpick comes out clean.
