Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pour the milk into a shallow dish.
Step 2
Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
Step 3
Place shredded cheese into a shallow dish
Step 4
Combine cracker crumbs with salt, pepper and garlic powder, then place into a shallow dish (you will have 3 separate dishes).
Step 5
Dip each piece of chicken into the milk, then into the cheese, using your fingers, press the cheese into the chicken, Then last, into the cracker crumbs, pressing down firmly.
Step 6
Place the chicken pieces into the pan.
Step 7
Sprinkle the dried parsley over the chicken.
Step 8
Cover the pan with tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil, bake for an additional 10-15 minutes,or until the edges of the chicken are golden brown and crispy.
