"Chayote Squash is used a lot in Mexico but it it not often available here. It is a mild vegetable similar, in a way, to zucchini. You do not want to overcook it. Great served with any spicy food. The chayote is still a bit crisp after 15 minutes - just right for our liking."

Step 1

Place the prepared onion in the actifry bowl, add oregano, salt and pepper, drizzle with the oil. Set timer for 15 minutes, turn on

Step 2

After the onion has cooked for 15 minutes add the chayote set timer for an additional 15 minutes, turn on. Wait til it beeps and it's done
