Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put squash into 9x13 cake pan.
Step 2
Dot with butter.
Step 3
Sprinkle with garlic and sage, i use less garlic myself.
Step 4
Beat eggs, milk and spices.
Step 5
Pour over squash, stir to mix.
Step 6
Bake 400 degrees for 35 minutes covered.
Step 7
Uncover, put toppings on.
Step 8
Bake 15 more minutes.
