Step 1: Put squash into 9x13 cake pan.
Step 2: Dot with butter.
Step 3: Sprinkle with garlic and sage, i use less garlic myself.
Step 4: Beat eggs, milk and spices.
Step 5: Pour over squash, stir to mix.
Step 6: Bake 400 degrees for 35 minutes covered.
Step 7: Uncover, put toppings on.
Step 8: Bake 15 more minutes.
