Step by Step Method
Step 1
Steam cauliflower in steamer basket for 4 - 6 minutes or until done.
Step 2
Preheat broiler.
Step 3
Heat oil in saucepan over medium-low heat; add onion and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, dried pepper flakes and capers, increase heat to medium-high and cook for 7 minutes.
Step 5
Spread tomato mixture in 2qt gratin dish, top with cauliflower and sprinkle with feta and pepper.
Step 6
Broil gratin 5 - 6 minutes or until feta is browned. Sprinkle with fresh basil or dill.
