Step by Step Method
Step 1
Spread diced apples in a greased 9” square pan.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step 3
Add one raw egg & stir until crumbly. Sprinkle on apples. Add cinnamon to taste. Melt 3⁄4 cup butter. Pour over apples.
Step 4
Bake 35 min at 350 deg.
