Five stars all day for this lovely recipe Gangsta. It was wonderful. Quick, easy to make with ingredients always found in the house. I'll be making this often, it was perfect. I used Golden Ginger apples that we got from the apple orchard around the corner. They were wonderful in this dish. Thanks so much for sharing. Made FYC tag game.

I scaled back for one serve and used a medium size ramekin to bake it in as per recipe and served with a little cream for a sweet and delicious desert. Thank you Linky, made for Went to Market tag game on FF&F.

I used Granny Smith apples with great results. My husband complimented me for making this for him. Little does he know I made it for me and my sweet tooth hehe! It was so good. I kept the recipe in a safe place so I can make it again.
