"I love chicken wings and prefer to have them baked over fried as a healthy alternative. Here is an easy recipe I like because you can put as much or as little Cantonese sauce as you like."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pat chicken wings dry.

Step 2

Place on broiler pan.

Step 3

Mix oil and soya sauce and brush over each wing.

Step 4

Mix salt, chili powder and celery seed and sprinkle over top.

Step 5

Place 5 inches below broiler and cook for approximately 8 minutes turning wings after 5 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from oven.

Step 7

Place in casserole dish.

Step 8

Combine brown sugar, vinegar and tomato sauce and pour over wings.

Step 9

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cooked.

Step 10

Remove wings from sauce and place on baking pan and broil for 5 minutes, 5 inches below broiler.

Step 11

Pour as much sauce as you like over wings and serve.

No special items needed.

These were great with some Shrimp Fried Rice and Egg Rolls. You will need some napkins when you get done eating. Yummy!

These were really good.. I may add some red pepper flakes next time to add a little heat.. Loved the sauce!
