Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pat chicken wings dry.

  • Step 2: Place on broiler pan.

  • Step 3: Mix oil and soya sauce and brush over each wing.

  • Step 4: Mix salt, chili powder and celery seed and sprinkle over top.

  • Step 5: Place 5 inches below broiler and cook for approximately 8 minutes turning wings after 5 minutes.

  • Step 6: Remove from oven.

  • Step 7: Place in casserole dish.

  • Step 8: Combine brown sugar, vinegar and tomato sauce and pour over wings.

  • Step 9: Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cooked.

  • Step 10: Remove wings from sauce and place on baking pan and broil for 5 minutes, 5 inches below broiler.

  • Step 11: Pour as much sauce as you like over wings and serve.
