"This spice is wonderful on pork, chicken or even fish. It has all dry ingredients so it stores well in a sealed jar. Great for gift giving. Rubbed on meat and left in the fridge overnight seals in the juices. I said 12 servings it makes just over 1/4 cup. The original recipe was a non credit page on the internet however I made several changes. I don't know why it is called California Spice but I liked the name."
