Step 1

Preheat grill.

Step 2

In a wide shallow dish, mix together all ingredients except olive oil and mushrooms.

Step 3

Lightly brush both sides of the mushrooms with oil, then dip them in the spice mixture until thoroughly coated.

Step 4

Place mushrooms on the grill stem side down and cook about 8 minutes. Turn them over and cook about 6 minutes, or until tender and browned.

Very peppy mushrooms. I used hot paprika and I was very generous with the spice blend. Lovely and hot. I cut the recipe in half and not being a griller I baked them 375 for apprx 9 minutes - just right. I added some stir-fried peppers in the center of one. Looked good and tasted good too. Thanks Mikekey for another enjoyable recipe
