"A zesty alternative to your usual slaw. Make this about an hour before serving so flavors have a chance to meld, or make the day before and refrigerate until ready to serve. To make this vegetarian, use vegetarian Worcestershire sauce. Cook time is refrigeration time."

We enjoyed this salad very much! I cheated a bit and replaced half of the mayo with Greek yoghurt because I don't like mayo, so this way it wasn't so prominent. The only hot sauce I had was tabasco, so I went with that (not sure how another one would be different?). Will make this sauce again and try it on other salads, too! Thanks for posting. Based on the other reviews, I was expecting something special. What I got was... meh. All we could taste was ketchup and mustard. I used pre-shredded coleslaw mix, and used red, yellow, and purple bell pepper. This one just isn't a keeper for us, sorry.

Great slaw that was wonderful with fish - but I think it would go with almost anything. I did shred/slice the vegetables in a food processor. Interesting dressing which made for a great slaw recipe. Thanks for sharing this keeper!

I made half a cajun turkey and this coleslaw was like the frosting on the cake! We loved it. The ingredients blended so well together to make a really delicious coleslaw that will see repeats. My cousin, who is visiting, loved it so much she wrote down the recipe to take home with her. No greater compliment than that! Thank you Mikekey for a wonderful addition to my coleslaw recipes! This is a great tasting coleslaw Mikekey. I made two slight changes using grainy mustard and red peppers which did not affect the outcome at all. I served this up as a side to grilled pork chops then again the next day with burgers and everyone enjoyed this recipe. Thx for sharing this here with us.

This was a refreshing change. Since my hubby is on a low sodium diet, I couldn't add the salt, but I did add a dash of cajun seasoning. We liked the change! Thanks Mikekey!
