"I love Caesar salad, but most recipes contain so much fat, so I came up with this low-fat version while on a low-calorie diet. It has a nice strong garlic flavor. This is enough to coat one head of romaine lettuce. It also makes a great dip for chips and veggies. If you are gluten intolerant, make sure you are using gluten-free chicken soup granules."
