Step by Step Method

Step 1

Set your Instant Pot to sauté and melt the butter; add fideo and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.

Step 2

Add the rice and stir.

Step 3

Add broth and bouillon powder. Stir to combine.

Step 4

Pressure cook for 5 minutes, then allow to natural release for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5

Fluff with a fork and serve.
