Step 1: Set your Instant Pot to sauté and melt the butter; add fideo and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Step 2: Add the rice and stir.
Step 3: Add broth and bouillon powder. Stir to combine.
Step 4: Pressure cook for 5 minutes, then allow to natural release for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5: Fluff with a fork and serve.
