Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cream together butter and brown sugar.
Step 3
Add flour and press into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Step 4
Bake 15 minutes and remove from oven.
Step 5
In a sauce pan combine the sugar and light corn syrup and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Remove from heat and add butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Stir until melted.
Step 7
Add corn flakes and mix well.
Step 8
Spread carefully onto the crumb crust.
Step 9
Cool and cut into squares.
