Step 1: Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cream together butter and brown sugar.
Step 3: Add flour and press into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Step 4: Bake 15 minutes and remove from oven.
Step 5: In a sauce pan combine the sugar and light corn syrup and bring to a boil.
Step 6: Remove from heat and add butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Stir until melted.
Step 7: Add corn flakes and mix well.
Step 8: Spread carefully onto the crumb crust.
Step 9: Cool and cut into squares.
