  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups corn flakes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat over to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Cream together butter and brown sugar.

  • Step 3: Add flour and press into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.

  • Step 4: Bake 15 minutes and remove from oven.

  • Step 5: In a sauce pan combine the sugar and light corn syrup and bring to a boil.

  • Step 6: Remove from heat and add butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Stir until melted.

  • Step 7: Add corn flakes and mix well.

  • Step 8: Spread carefully onto the crumb crust.

  • Step 9: Cool and cut into squares.
