"These are a lovely change from Potato fries and they are good for you. With Actifry you only use 1 tablespoon oil. The squash should be large enough to make 2 dozen fries. Check after 25 minutes, they should be crispy outside and soft inside. Depending on the size of the fries you may want to do them an extra 5 minutes. Serve as a snack if you like."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together the flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper
Step 2
Place the prepared fries into a plastic bag, add flour mixture and shake well, coating all the fries
Step 3
Place the fries into the actifry bowl, sprinkle with the oil
Step 4
Set timer for 25 minutes and enjoy. I like to serve with some ketchup
