The ingredients are:
  • 1 medium Butternut squash or acorn squash, peeled, seeds removed, cut into french fries, not over 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper

  • Step 2: Place the prepared fries into a plastic bag, add flour mixture and shake well, coating all the fries

  • Step 3: Place the fries into the actifry bowl, sprinkle with the oil

  • Step 4: Set timer for 25 minutes and enjoy. I like to serve with some ketchup
