"Here is one of my favourite ways to have pizza. I use my homemade pizza dough, but you can use any dough you like. For gluten free pizza just use a gluten free pizza dough and gluten free ranch dressing. For those of you who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it #recipe13676 ."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Grease a 12 inch x 12 inch non-stick pizza pan or a 15 inch x 10 inch non-stick baking sheet with shortening.

Step 3

Press dough onto sheet.

Step 4

Mix hot sauce and butter together.

Step 5

Spread half of the hot sauce mixture over dough.

Step 6

Mix together the onions, chicken and remainder of hot sauce.

Step 7

Spoon mixture evenly over dough.

Step 8

Sprinkle with cheeses.

Step 9

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until bottom of crust is golden brown.

Step 10

Drizzle ranch dressing over pizza and serve.
